Dear Clients of Dennis Bolze,
It is with my deepest sympathies that I write this notice to you. I am the administrator or webmaster of this domain and my name is Dawn Suiter, and I am located near Gatlinburg, TN USA. I have worked for Dennis Bolze for many years now on several of his website projects including this website, we communicated nearly every day regarding website updates & changes.
On December 26, 2008 I went to Dennis’s house because he was late paying me a large balance due for work completed. He ceased communications with me around December 17th, which is why I went to his home personally. I spoke to his wife & she explained that Dennis was in fact missing and had also ceased communications with her around the 19th. In their last conversation he clearly told her that he would not be coming back. She indicated to me that she had been vaguely aware of some financial “issues” that had begun to creep up in the last few months, and that she herself laid off a working on premises employee recently because she knew that they would no longer be able to pay her a weekly salary. Kathy also let me know that her car had been recently repossessed and that they were losing the house, and she would have to turn their wonderful dogs into the local shelter. She was clearly in distress at the time of my visit and certainly caught off guard by the recent series of events.
On December 28th I was able to track down an email address for Dennis’s partner in Spain named Denys Dobbie to see if he was in contact with Dennis. He had not been in contact with him recently and was gravely concerned. He began collecting information & making calls immediately & brought this case to the attention of the FBI within 24 hours of hearing what I reported back from Kathy.
Here’s what YOU need to do and who to contact:
The United States Commodities Futures Trading Commission is investigating this matter seriously at this time. They are especially interested in speaking with ALL United States investors as soon as possible. 1/18/09 - A Bankruptcy petition has been filed & granted by a judge. A trustee has been appointed to handle these matters and would like to make contact with each one of you. His letter is as follows:
Dear Investors in Centurian Asset Management,
I am the interim trustee appointed by the U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the limited purpose at this time of securing and safeguarding the assets of Dennis Bolze, doing business as (dba) Centurian Asset Management and Advanced Trading Services. I am also compiling a list of creditors and victims for inclusion in the bankruptcy mailing matrix so that we can notify you of any activity in the bankruptcy case.
At this time, I am asking that you send me your name, address, telephone numbers and email addresses to my email address, Bolzetrustee@aol.com or mailing to my P.O. Box provided below. This does not constitute the filing of a claim in the Bankruptcy case. You will be sent a notice by the Bankruptcy Court several weeks from now (if we have your contact information), providing you with a claim form with instructions on how to file the claim and where to send the claim. A deadline for filing claims will be provided in the notice that will be sent to you in the future. You will have several weeks to file your claim once you receive this notice.
In addition, I am attempting to identify all bank accounts used by Mr. Bolze. I am asking that you send me copies of any contracts signed with Mr. Bolze, checks or other funds sent to him and more importantly, copies of any checks sent to you by Mr. Bolze showing the accounts he was using. You are requested to send these to P.O. Box 22400, Knoxville, TN. 37933. Please do not send these via FAX, as my FAX would not be able to handle the volume. Please bare with me on your phone messages, as I have received over 100 messages in just one day.
The purpose of this bankruptcy is to recover as much as possible and make distribution back to all creditors and victims on a fair and pro-rata basis according to the losses sustained by everyone. I hope that each of you will cooperate and I will do my best to keep you informed through the Court on what is happening. Several of you have asked about confidentiality. I must tell you that anything filed in the Bankruptcy Court is open for public examination, meaning when a claim is filed, the information contained on that claim is open for public review. In regards to your online account records
I recommended that you begin assembling every detail in regards to your investment account. Contract documents, receipts and any other records you have in your possession.
Your online account data has been saved and the information has been stored at a remote location. This information will be provided to the appropriate legal authorities at their request. I am attempting to separate each user account data so that I can email you a copy of your account data. If you need a copy of your online account data please email me support@dawnsuiter.com YOU MUST include your full name, account ID, password, name on the account and your phone number, or I will NOT be able to send you your information. I am trying to make sure that the correct people get the correct account data, since there is little identifying information available through your online account. It will take several days work for me to separate everything so please be patient.
I apologize in advance for having to take down the online accounts, I am unable to afford to continue paying out of my own pocket to keep your accounts active. Dennis has also left me on the verge of financial ruins so in compromise I have paid to renew your domain names in order to post this notice so that you may begin the process of filing your claims, coordinating with other members and whatever else you may need to do. Since most of you are not aware of the current situation, it seemed inappropriate for me to remove everything entirely leaving you with so many questions.
